Momentum Run


MOMENTUM RUN training is a program designed for beginner runners (walk to run) as well as runners who want run-focused strength training & instruction.  As a team we will focus on local highlighted races throughout the year to help you reach your specific goals  (5K, 10K, Half Marathon).

MOMENTUM RUN is led by Fitness Trainers, Rod Key (Key Fitness) & Wayne Burns (Fortified Fitnesswho are avid runners & have a passion to help people reach their personal fitness goals & become more active.
